The form on this site sends a request, not a confirmed appointment. We call you, agree the time and answer your questions. You are welcome to simply phone instead.
What if I cannot come?
Tell us in advance by phone. We can offer the slot to another patient and help you find a better time.
Do I need a consultation first?
Not necessarily. If you know which treatment you want, you can book it directly: the doctor still examines you beforehand and checks that it suits you. If you are unsure, start with a consultation.
